In these polarized times, both parties may use the law as an excuse to sabotage future House and Senate elections. Congress should not have this power. They give state legislatures the power to approve electoral votes based on the number of popular votes in each state. Although the vote counting law has never been tested in court, we believe it is unconstitutional.
